Channels are not coming through to all TVs
I order the Sports and Information Pak but it only comes through on one TV. How can I get it on all TVs?

do all tv's have digital boxes or cable cards?

The Sports & Info Pak channels are available on TVs connected to a Cox Advanced TV receiver or Cox DVR. Channels in the Sports & Info Pak are not available on TVs that connect to a Cox mini box. I can certainly look into this for you. Are you still missing the new channels on one (or more) of your televisions?
