Channel ID

Is there a way I can disable the Logo/ Channel ID? Also is there a way I can change the channel without having to "confirm" that I want to change to the channel I typed? These are very annoying features of Contour 2 that really diminishes the TV experience. Installed the Contour 2 two weeks ago. So far, not impressed at all!.

    Hi Livi0459,

    There is a way to change the guide font in the receiver settings, but not remove the call letters or Network logo from the channels in the guide. You may use the option to hold the microphone button on the remove and speak the channel number - this will turn to the channel without having to press 'OK' like you would have to do when you type the channel number.
