Channel guide on mini box
How come the channel guide/tv guide one of my mini boxes is no longer working? It works okay on one TV. It used to
be available on the other TV, but is not. What do I need to do to fix this?

Usually unplugging the power to the receiver can restore a technical issue with the guide. 20 seconds with the power unplugged may work. If this doesn't work, please update us here with the receiver model.
