channel descriptions garbled
Trying to find out why all the descriptions for each channel are garbled. Did COX get hacked?

- Hi Tarcor,
It sounds like the Guide needs to reset. Please unplug the power to the cable box for about 2 minutes and then reconnect. It may take up to an hour for all descriptions to load.
