Changing username?

When I filled out my "forum name" I thought it meant the name of the forum, not a username. Can I change my username to seyounghong07?

    I didn't find an option to change my username in the settings or any guidance in the Help article, Managing your Cox Support Forums Profile.

    Perhaps you can just create another profile with a different email address?  If you want to keep using the email address of your misnamed profile, change that to a bogus address...wait 30 minutes...then create your new profile.

    ...or maybe Cox can change your username.
