Changing Services

This month my bill with Cox jumped up to $169 something for internet and TV, how does one change service so its not so expense? I have like 1,000 channels on TV currently, there must be other options that are cheaper? But they do not list.  Do I just have to find another provider? Can anyone advise?

    you have to call in downgrading services can't be done online.
