changing name/email address

Hi, I have recently gotten married and would like to change my last name on my account as well and email address. How do I go about this?

    We can look into that for you to go over account changes please email us at cox.help@cox.com with the street address on the account and we can address the name change and email change as well.

    I think you should call Cox. That would be the easiest and safe way in my opinion. Just have your account info handy.
