Changing billing date

I have a SERIOUS issue with the due date being the 7th! My pay schedule this year, (I have direct deposit as well)  sees at least 3 months AFTER the due date by 2 or 3 days. My budget system is that funds are extracted as follows: 1st half taken out of the 2nd check and 2nd half out of the 1st check of next month and PAID then! This system was formed with family's help AND IT WORKS!!
