CBS Blurry glitches during NCAA Basketball

Is anyone noticing the intermittent blurry frames during the game. It seems to pop in and out during the game. I am noticing it at my house, restaurants, families home. etc. I only see it on CBS broadcast, I do not see on any other channels that the games are being played on.
