Can't scroll through emails or access older emails in new format

Hey can anybody tell me why I can't scroll through my emails in the new format?  It was no problem before this horrible new format was forced upon users....  I can't get to my older emails, which renders the account pretty much useless to me.   The customer service people have given me no help and can't really communicate fluently in English.  Sorry but I am a native American and don't know any other language....

    It sounds like you're using the Enhanced Webmail, is that what you're logging into from our website? There should be a scroll bar to the right that allows you to move through your inbox, and if there are more pages there should be an arrow and page numbers at the bottom allowing you to access older messages in the inbox. At the top of the inbox the number of messages should be listed as well.
