Can't receive e-mail - send OK
I know this sounds stupid but I can send e-mail and it seems to go out fine. I confirm over the phone. I can send myself an e-mail and I get that. But I'm not receiving any from anyone else. I don't get it. Am I missing some setting? This just started today. Never had this happen before. I did a chat with COX tech support and all he did was write a ticket on it and the tech dept. will get to it in up to 3 days. Are you kidding me!!! Anyone out there have a solution for this?
