Can't log-in to this forum.

Obviously, I am logged in now, but what I mean is that the support forum login from my other account is not working. I signed-up previously, but now when I try to log-in it tries to make me start a new ID. When I do, it says that I have already signed up, but I never get to the login page.

    There was an outage on our Cox.com page last night. This could have caused any login issues on our site. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
