Can't access email

I am able to log in to the main cox page, but when I go to open the "envelope" I get the following error:  500 Servlet Exception and a bunch of code all the way down the page.  How do I fix this?  I changed my password, but still getting the same thing.  HELP!

    There are a few thread already on this topic ... including this one two threads down.  Cox has already acknowledged the issue and said it's being worked on.
