Cannot Sign In to My Webmail

I have not been able to sign in to my Email account for nearly a week.

I have tried to reset my password many times but always get this message at the end of the process  - 'An Error Has Occurred, Please Try Again.'

I either need this problem solved so I can get to my Email's, or I need the three Email addresses that I have closed permanently, and I'll try to start over.

    Hi Nichole -

    Thanks for your response, but I can't Email the info you suggested because I cannot sign in to my Cox Email account.

    I'm going to create an Email account with Microsoft 'Outlook', and then send the info to cox.help@cox.com.
