Cannot see email

I have been trying to sign into my email for 4 days and I cannot. I can sign into my account but I cannot get into email. I tried webchat and they were not able to help me. I called and they were not able to help me. I also never was switched to the new format. Our other accounts work fine. They can sign in and they have the new format. I am not able to see my emails on any computers. I am very frustrated. Please tell me how to fix this soon.
