As of afternoon, Dec 7, 2016, cox.net inbound email messages are very slow to load on our Microsoft Outlook 365 PCs. We are on the East coast in Virginia. using pop.cox.net for the inbound server. This is not like what we usually get from Cox. Help....... Tom M sends
