- We are aware of an email issue impacting our west coast servers. Our engineers are working to have this corrected as soon as possible.

Cox Support Forums Moderator As of afternoon, Dec 7, 2016, cox.net inbound email messages are very slow to load on our Microsoft Outlook 365 PCs. We are on the East coast in Virginia. using pop.cox.net for the inbound server. This is not like what we usually get from Cox. Help....... Tom M sends
