Cannot Block a Particular RoboCall 760-818-7073

I have added this number once to my selective call rejection list, but for some reason, the call is still coming through at least once a day.  I chatted with Cox, and they told me the number should be blocked if I entered it correctly into the selective call rejection list (which I did, and it's confirmed to be in there, as it will not let me add it, again).  On one of the robocall complaint forums out there on the Web (800Notes), other folks have complained of the same thing with this number.  So, clearly, the user has figured out how to circumvent call blocking services.  Anyone have any ideas on how to get this number correctly blocked in my selective call rejection list??  I filed a complaint with Cox, but haven't heard back from Cox, and I'm still getting at least daily calls.  I've reported the number to the Do No Call Registry as well.  Ugh.

    Have you tried removing the number from the list and re adding it?

    Yes, you should be able to block this number with Call Rejection.  That's another story.

    However, I can't find any complaints on this number:  760-818-7073.  I search 800Notes...nothing...as well as the Mr. Number and PhoneTray databases.  Even Nomorobo reports it's not a robocaller.

    What's listed in its Caller ID field?
