Cancellation from website

Why can't it be made simple to cancel a product from your website? I work and cannot sit on hold. It would be nice to be able to cancel a service easily without all the hooplah. Your prices have gotten ridiculous and I can't afford to pay your prices anymore. I would like to be able to cancel and confirm without having to talk to anyone and answer or refuse questions from a person. You reward new customers and screw over ones that have been with you for years by increasing their rates.
