cancel service appt.

I was having trouble last night with service.  The problem was resolved but service apt for Wed. had already been scheduled.  How do I cancel that appointment.

    By calling Cox tech support again, or you can send an email to cox.help@cox.com make sure to include your service address, full name, and last 4 of the SSN or account PIN.

    As chris_c21 stated, you can send us email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name, full service address, the last 4 of the SSN, along with your issue and my team can cancel the appointment for you.
