Cancel my Cox Internet connection.

Hello Cox,

I would like to cancel my account internet account with cox. It is ridiculously priced for the minimal slow service You provide (ESSENTIAL MEANS BARELY ENOUGH TO GET BY). I keep getting offers from you for cloud, special equipment, and faster internet for half of what I am paying.

I HAVE BEEN WITH COX FOR OVER 20 YEARS, HAVE NONE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT, YOUR LINES WERE LAID AND PAID FOR EONS AGO AND MY COSTS.

Would you recommend Comsource Comm., Verison, or Western WiMax for my area???

    Thanks for giving us(random Cox customers) all your personal info. I hope no one posts it on 4chan.  Good luck with Verison.

    Wow, people don't seem to understand how a public user forum works. Lisa, this isn't a private email to Cox, anyone in the world could see it, even those with less decency for others.

How many devices do you have in your home that access the internet? Cox offers multiple tiers of internet service to meet the varied needs of our customers.

    We are unable to cancel services via Cox Forums, Social Media, or email. To speak to an account representative about disconnecting your services, please call 1-866-867-7644 between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday, or 9am – 6pm on Saturdays.
