can not sign in to Cox with IE11

As of this week, I can no longer sign into my Cox account with Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 10).  I can do so with Edge.

IE works well for all other websites.'

A Cox Customer Service rep tried to help, but still no response when using IE.

    Are you seeing a specific error message when trying to log in with IE 11 there? Also can you verify the full version number for what is running there for Internet Explorer?
