Can not connect to CoxWiFi
I have Internet Preferred service and am supposed to have access to CoxWiFi but it came back with error invalid user id when I entered my credentials. Is there some sort of hotspot activation process I need to go through?

The username you type in should include the entire email address including @cox.net.
Also, make sure you can sign into webmail.cox.net or view/pay Bill with that same username(minus @cox.net) and password.

To clarify, are you trying to access your in-home WiFi network, or are you trying to log into a CoxWiFi hotspot outside of your home?
