Caller ID
mY COX phone caller id is working but the ID does not come up on the TV screen. Cox was not help. they rebooted my box and then put me on hold where i was disconnected!!!

This is not the experience we want for our customers! Are your services working correctly at this point? If not please email me at cox.help@cox.com full address and primary name on the account so we can take a look.
