caller I.D.

Why does my number appear on recipients I.D. as "Unknown Caller?" When people see that, they frequently don't answer since they don't know who's calling if they don't recognize the number.

    Cox can get that fixed easily.  First, go into your account online and see if you can set up the ID to show your name. If that doesn't work,  call Cox phone support and have them help you.  

    I forum moderator can give you more advice but i don't know if they will be here on Saturday or Sunday.
