I have done this, and notifications were already on. So, I do not understand why it still does not show. Rebooted and tried calling my number, still nothing.

My Cox phone service stopped working altogether. I guess I could consider it as free call-blocking.

Is this issue happening on the Contour box? Do you have Contour 1 or Contour 2? We may need to check the setup of the feature on the cable box.
