Call History only showing outgoing and missed calls, and not incoming calls; Call Duration

Call history is now only showing outgoing and missed calls, and not incoming calls. When will this be fixed? Will Cox ever provide duration of calls by minutes and seconds?

    Call Duration and Details

    Can you check the service now. I checked and the service is showing all calls at the moment. We are not sure if Cox will be providing the duration of calls. At this moment, it is not a feature that is offered in phone tools. We can send a request to see if they can add that feature in the future.

    My services is not showing incoming calls. However, it does show a couple of incoming calls as missed. Please send a request for Cox to provide duration. There are many who need time to bill clients. Thank you.
