Call forwarding in the phone tools does not work.
Call forwarding in the Phone Tools does not work. I cannot turn on forwarding. I get the dreaded "Try again" message when I hit the On/Off button. I've contacted "Support" three time. Each time I've guided them to the issue. They diddle around and finally agree that it doesn't work, assign a incident number, send it up the tech ladder, never to be heard from again.
If you don't want to fix it, please get rid of it.
