cable out

fracking 95% of my cable channels are out. including locals.  With what I pay this this unexceptionable.

    What type of issues are you experiencing with your video service? Are you getting any error messages on the missing channels? Is this occurring on multiple sets in your home?

    Where is outage update, last post said would be fixed by 5:00 P.M.,it's now 8:35???
