Cable goes out everyday between noon and 4 oclock

Everyday the cable tv and internet goes out, stutters, pixels or whatever you want to call it. Sometimes the music channels go first then the regular channels along with the internet. I have checked both boxes and its the same. I have had Cox people out several times and it works ok for a week or so then same thing. I can't believe I have to pay outrageous money for such crappy service. When I have called they always try to say it must be my stuff or they say they can send somebody out to fiddle with my stuff and maybe get it to work for a day or so. I have no other provider for internet but Cox so I am stuck, but when my contract for tv is up I am outta there!
