Cable doesn't work, online reset does nothing

Tried multiple boxes.  All display Fr hunt 2 and/or just a 0 with the power light on.  Power cycling and resetting via online tool does nothing.  Phone support has me on hold over 15 minute now.  So frustrating!

    I think that means signal issue or bad hardware
