Cable Card is reporting no channels

I have a TiVo Roamio with a Cisco cable card and cisco tuning adapter and today every channel is indicating that I do not have this channel. It has always been a problem with some channels that were supposed to be part of my package, but now I have missed several days worth of recordings that I was very much looking forward to, and now I have to waste my metered internet service (thank you Cox for that bs that you know is entirely unnecessary since your costs are coming down for internet service) to watch the things I wanted. 

So I went into the cable card set up and the cable card is indicating I have no channels. My bill is paid, so I sure as *** have channels.
