Broken link

The link to My Account has been broken since yesterday. After signing in to your Cox account, when you click My Account you get an "Oops! We can't find that page" error.

    Works for me.  Try clearing your cookies and browser cache.

    Hi. There was an outage yesterday affecting the My Account page which is still being watched. I'm glad to hear clearing cache has helped! Have a great day.
