Bounced email

There are two people who use AOL that can not send an email to my cox email address. 95% of the time they try to send to me---COX bounces it back to them as undeliverable. I have a Cox email & a g-mail address. Cox does not accept either. Why???

    Hello,

    Please check the blocked sender list to make sure that both the emails and the AOL server is not on the blocked list.

    I have the same problem with people that use AOL.

    Please address the problem
