Blocked by Level3, connection past Dallas almost entirely unsustainable.

One thing I like to do in my off-time is PLAY VIDEO GAMES! But such is almost impossible now, including browsing websites and using Google. Cox internet for me has been reduced to very limited functionality by what looks like a dead node in Dallas, ae-25-0.ear1.Dallas1.Level3.net in particular. Is there any way for a network inept individual such as myself to bypass this node? I'm losing around 95% of my packets.

I looked at your results and it would appear most likely the problem is closer to the modem itself. I tried to ping the modem and I don't see any loss there, can you try posting those results again without the router?
