Blinking DS light on modem

Just yesterday we moved our cpu, router, and modem to our new house. We contacted Cox an they said they will have the internet up and running for our new address, but after we set everything up, there was no internet access. You could connect t the wifi signal but there was no internet. Also on the modem, the only lights were the solid power light, and the blinking ds light. I have no idea how to fix this so does anyone else have any solutions?

    Sounds like Cox did not turn on the Internet at your house.  Or, the outlet you are connecting to is not active.  I would give them a call, if the outlet isn't active they will have to send a tech out to do wiring.
