Bill Increase?
Hello,
I wanted to know why my bill increased to $84.98. I also am inquiring about the billing period from 9/16-10/15 and why there are multiple charges on there for the internet service and modem. Also, I have been assessed late fees. Is this because the payment was late or because the balance wasn't paid in full? As you can see, I have had great payment history so I am asking for those late fee(s) to be waived. Anything you can do would be a great help. Thank you.
