Bill Increase

Why did my bill go up seven dollars a month?

    We wouldn't know, Frank. You should probably call Cox and ask them. This is a public tech support forum for customers to assist other customers with technical issues.

    If I were to guess though, I'd say maybe you had a promotional discount that recently expired. Or you were affected by Cox's upcoming internet price increase as noted here.
