Big Ten Network
I am supposed to get BTN on channels 1348 and 1349 but when I tune to either I get a message saying it's not available. What's going on?

Is this happening on all receivers with HD and SD Big Ten Network and BTN 2? We can reset the receivers. If you see this message on all receivers, you can attempt a reset to the equipment on our website.
http://bit.ly/2mq1yTj is a bitly to our website. You can sign in and remotely reset the receivers. This would be sent to all equipment. If just one receiver is giving the error, the I'd recommend unplug the power to that receiver for 20 seconds. If no solution after either step, please share your findings with us.
