Is BBC World News available on Cox? I cannot find it on the channel line up, but I was told it would be included in my package.

BBC World News isn't a channel among our lineup. BBC America SD and HD may be received in the lineup in your market. Any time there is an interest in a Network that isn't among our Cox TV Lineup, we can submit a ticket to share this interest. These tickets wouldn't result in a reply, but a Cox agent can submit a ticket on your behalf. https://www.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.html is a link to our Channel lineup, and you can access a PDF for the channel lineup. To view the lineup in your market, you may need to update the zip code when accessing our Cox Website.
