Barracuda Networks - SPAM SCANNER

My company uses Barracuda Networks email scanner and has identified all 'cox.net' emails as SPAM.  I am unable to successfully send email to my work account.  Is Cox working to resolve this?

    Hello,

    Your company would have to de-list our domain as a source of SPAM. Do you have a copy of a return message where you were not able to send an email?

    Yes...I do.  Do you have an email address that I can send it to?
