Banned IP Address Range Cox ISP
When I try to login to a forum I frequent, I was recently denied access and the owner said my ISP's IP address range was banned. What do I do about this?

The best way to handle something like this would be to reach out to said forum's technical contact and see if what caused the ban to be put into place can be resolved.
