BAD SERVICE AT HORRIBLE PRICES

I am reporting you,  COX.  You have abused me and by the looks of if many more.  Your people lie and don't give a ---- about paying costumers

I AM PRICE LOCKED IN A CONTRACT WITH COX AND HALF THE TIME MY PHONE DOESNT WORK WHICH MY HOME ALARM SYSTEM IS ATTACHED AND DOESNT WORK AS WELL ALSO YOU PAY FOR AN UNPUBLISHED NUMBER EACH MONTH VERSES ATT CHARGING ONE TIME FEE. I JUST CALLED TO ASK FOR PRICE REDUCTION AND WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT HELP ME. ALSO IF I CHOSE TO ADD ANOTHER BOX I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 20 EXTRA DOLLARS WHICH INCLUDES A 7$ CHARGE FOR THE BOX TO GET THIS SERVICE. THE BOX WILL PICK UP THE SIGNAL WITHOUT ANY EXTRA HELP FROM THEM YET WE PAY FOR IT. MAYBE WE COULD GET PRICE BREAKS IF THEY CUT THEIR COSTS SOME. I HAVE BEEN TO THEIR H.Q. AND THEIR WORKERS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TVS ON EVERY WALL ALONG WITH EVERY GAME TABLE IMAGINEABLE. WHAT KIND OF BREAKS DO THEY GET TO NEED THIS **? OUR CITY GOVERNMENT GETS A HUGE PRICE CUT ALSO GIVEN OUR MAYOR A REASON TO KEEP COMPETING  CABLE COMPANYS FROM COMING TO OUR TOWN. I HAD TO VENT AND ALSO SAY THAT COX YOU WILL SOON LOOSE MY 200$ A MONTH. HOPEFULLY ENOUGH PEOPLE WILL FOLLOW SUIT AND WE CAN GET OUR MONIES WORTH.
