Backup DVR
How do I backup my DVR that is getting changed out for a new one?

DVR cannot cannot be backed up directly or transferred to another device when swapping. If it is still operating and you're getting ready to swap it you may wish to try and view any content you have saved prior to that.
Sadly, there's no way to do it. I've had 3 different units and each time it's replaced I lose everything I have recorded.
