Is this the first time accessing the Contour App and TV online and you now get the error? We may need to take a closer look at the account. Please email us at cox.help@cox.com with your service address, name, and the cox credentials you're entering to view on the App on your iPhone and online with your computer.
https://www.cox.com/residential/education-center/tv/app.html is a link to our website to see devices and content you can view on the App. There isn't access to view DVR recordings from the Contour App or TV online.
