"Available to watch in home only." even though I am at home
I am trying to watch live channels and DVR recordings from both the Contour app on my iPhone and https://watchtv.cox.com/ on my computer. It is telling me "Available to watch in home only." and will not let me watch even though I am on my home network.
Is this the first time accessing the Contour App and TV online and you now get the error? We may need to take a closer look at the account. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your service address, name, and the cox credentials you're entering to view on the App on your iPhone and online with your computer.
https://www.cox.com/residential/education-center/tv/app.html is a link to our website to see devices and content you can view on the App. There isn't access to view DVR recordings from the Contour App or TV online.
