Auto Tune to HD not working for all channels - Contour2

I have the Contour 2 box.  One of my favorite things about the Contour 2 is the auto tune to HD.  I don't have to go through entering all the 1000 plus numbers each time to get to HD channels.  However, one of the channels doesn't work.  I'm in Phoenix and the Big Ten channel 320 does not auto tune to 1320 as all other channels do.  

Can someone at Cox look into this and get it updated?

    When you press the numbers 1320 does the HD version of Big Ten are you able to view it or is it completely non-existent?

    Thanks for the response, Stephanie. Yes, if I press 1320 I get BTN as I am supposed to. It appears to me that this channel was missed in the programming of the auto tune feature because every other channel works. If I press 5 it goes to 1005 automatically. ESPN 33 goes to 1033. It is just BTN that stays on the standard def channel.

    If you pull up the guide are you able to see channel 1320 there? I'd like to go ahead reset that DVR for you. OK to do now?

    Yes, 1320 shows in the guide.  I'm at work now and not watching anything, so you can reset it.  Will that delete the setup changes I made when I first got it such as the guide view and power saving settings?

    Hi Davidoo,

    A signal to reset the receiver has been sent. This will not affect any current settings you have for the box. Allow up to 7-10 minutes for the box to fully reload and let us know if this helps.

    Renee, it still doesn't work. Only channel 320 will not auto tune to HD 1320. It seems like it was just something missed in the programming. Can you report this to the team that updates the firmware for the Contour 2 and maybe they can fix it with an update. I'm sure there has to be a list where the HD channels are listed so the software knows to go to 1320 when you push 320. Anyone else in Phoenix with a Contour 2 that could try this and see if they have the same problem? Thanks, Dave
