authorized channels not activated
When I tried to click on a channel, it indicates I have to call a 1-855 number to activate it. It specifically says I am authorized to watch the channel but I have to call first. Is there a reason?

Do you have more then 1 cable box? If so, does it happen on all of them? Also, is it happening on all channels or just some? If just certain ones, which ones? Last, any changes to the service on the account recently?

Can you provide a few examples of channel numbers displaying the 855 phone number? Is an error number provided in the on-screen message?
