I upgraded my cell phone today and, for most of the day, have been trying to configure the email settings. But I keep getting an error message saying, "Authentication Failed." I have chatted with THREE Cox support people this afternoon alone, and none of them was able to help me. The last one gave me a telephone number to call (1-877-891-2899), but it is perpetually busy. Is there anybody out there who knows why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks very much!
