Audio but no Video...

Today around 2:30 or so my tv went black, there was no guide and no video of any kind but I could still change the channels and get audio, we thought it might be a problem with the box so we turned it into our local cox cable office, after getting a new box and setting it up for the 15-30 minute activation the same problem continues. A couple of things flashed on the box this time though, 

2d, cnF9, and USB IT, they went away after a few minutes though but nothing seemed to change, is there any way to fix this?
