Arris Touchstone TG2472 client list page won't load

I need to set a fixed local IP address for a device on my network. I can log into the router but when I try to access the client list page it stalls. I've tried this on Chrome and Safari on a Mac and Chrome on an iPhone. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    Probably not too helpful, but, how long did you wait? The first time I did this on my Arris I thought it stalled, but I left it for several minutes (got up, left the room, did some other stuff,etc.) and when I came back it was finally loaded. Maybe five minutes or more. I can't imagine why it took so long, but it did. Using Firefox on a PC.
