Apps through cox

anyone else getting a forbidden error when trying to log in to certain tv apps?

    Which apps are you getting this error? What trouble shooting steps, if any, have you tried already?

  • We've had a handful of reports from other customers also experiencing this issue. Uninstall the app from your mobile device and then reinstall it. So far, this seems to have resolved the problem. Please let us know!
